Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TIMELINES:

All clothing products will take 7 to 10 business days to reach you. MAYA by dp is not responsible for any unforeseen events which may cause delay in delivery of the products.

TRACKING DETAILS

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such.

SHIPPING CHARGES

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 is charged per order for delivery within India only.  Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout on our website. We are currently not shipping outside India.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE

As a policy, WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN, REFUND or EXCHANGE on products.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can mention about the damaged product you can email us at mayabedp@gmail.com. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you.
